You should make your reservation at least 2 hours before your transfer takes place. However besides this, you can reach us for your emergency calls over the phone, and we can check our vehicles and send you a vehicle.
HOW WILL YOU FIND ME FOR MEETING OR TRANSFERRING?
In the case of your request, our staff will call your mobile or fixed telephone number to make your transfer. However, the mobile phones of our passengers are closed in some cases. If you have such a request, you can try to keep your phone open.
WHERE I WILL SEE YOUR STAFF IN THE AIRPORT?
If you have a reservation with reception at the airport, our staff will carry a plate bearing your name.
WILL YOUR TEAM COME TO OUR APARTMENT TO HELP US WITH THE LUGGAGE?
Unfortunately, our drivers cannot leave their vehicles for traffic safety reasons. But they will be able to help you to carry your luggage from the road to the vehicle.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION BEFORE THE TRANSFER?
To cancel your reservation you have to provide information 12 hours before the transfer at least. Then cancellations will be approved immediately after your call and no fee will be charged for it.
CAN I ANY CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION IN THE LAST MINUTES?

CAN I CALL YOU IF I WANT TO ORDER A PICKUP FROM THE AIRPORT, EVEN I DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION?
We usually find a solution in no reservation requests, but we need to check if we can provide service first. So please call us on 0212 465 35 16 for information when you arrive to the airport. However we recommend you to book in advance for us to pick up you without any delay.
I AM TRAVELING WITH MY LITTLE BABY, DO I HAVE TO USE A CHILD SEAT? CAN YOU SUPPLY A BABY SEAT FOR US?
We will offer a child seat for you when you book in advance. Turkish law says that forchildren who are younger than 6 years you can carry him on your lap or can take a baby seat and which is more recommended.
CAN I TAKE MY LITTLE PETS IN A CAGE WITH ME?
Yes, we can carry small caged animals in the back seats of our vehicles.
HOW OLD SHOULD BE OUR CHILDREN SO THEY CAN TRAVEL ALONE?
Children must be 12 years or older to travel alone.
HOW CAN I GET A BILL FOR PREPAYMENTS?
We will prepare the bill in advance according to the information we received from you before booking, then send it to you by our delivery ways. These ways would be by the driver during the transfer, receiving it directly from our company or we can send it to your address by shipping (extra charge is reflected in shipping delivery).
IS IT NECESSARY TO GIVE GRATUITY? IS THERE A SPECIFIC PERCENTAGE FOR THE GRATUITY?
You are not binding to give any gratuity. You can act completely according to your own will.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGE IF I DELAYED OR MADE YOU WAIT?
The vehicle will wait you in meeting point for 2 hours. After that the vehicle will leaving. There is no extra charge for waiting you if you come within 2hours.But if you don’t come within two hours, the transfer will be recorded as a no-show. So there will be no refund money then.
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A BILL FOR PAYMENTS THAT I HAVE MADE WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
When you paid with your credit card, your transfer request will be completed and the voucher receipt of this booking will be sent to the email address which you have provided.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE SOMETHING?
If you think you have forgotten anything in our car; you can call us, fill out the online registration form on our website or you can give us information by mail. Our customer service will tell you the result.
Then, it will be delivered to the address you gave us before and you can receive it after paying the delivery fee. If you are in Turkey you have to ask Yurtici Cargo and if you are abroad, DHL Express.
